so not only did i spend valentines weekend with people in serious, commited relationships, but this week one of my best friends got engaged. 90% of my close friends now are either engaged, married, or really committed to someone. this should probably depress me but it doesnt. it just makes me cycnical, which im okay with. blah.

ok.
it appears 2004 will not be a good year for me in terms of sleeping.
i dont know what it is, but i havent gotten a good nights sleep since the year began.
i lay awake until about 230-400, finally drift to sleep.
wake up around 530-600. WIDE awake. lay there until i drift off to sleep again.
then im wide awake again a little before 8.
every day this has happened. mondays, thursdays, saturdays, whenever.
and i guess its good in a way, because its usually hell getting me out of bed in the mornings.
but im lethargic the entire day.
and i cant even nap anymore, i use to be the kig of naps.
the past month, i think ive napped twenty minutes total.
i need some NYTOL to help me get my zzzzzzzz's.

my first week of my last semster has come and gone.
this semester will be hell.
which is good. i need hell right now.
to keep me preoccupied.
i cant think of may yet. i dont want to.
too many possibilities, and its too soon to be proactive about any of them.
theres one ideal plan (dallas) and its better than all the other plans i have.
but its only better than all the other plans if everything falls in the right place.
so who knows? hence, me not wanting to think about it yet. it will consume me if i let it.

in other news.
theres a girl in my campaigns group that i abhor.
which is too bad, considering the six of us will practically be living together the next four months.
shes awful though.
she makes funny noises. and has the darth vader theme as her ringtone.
and screams inane statements during important conversations.
i will end up dropkicking her. im sure of it.
